Package A:

30-DAY COORDINATION

$ 2,500

Designed for couples who have most of their wedding planned but want an experienced team to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.

Highlights:

2 in-person meetings (vision planning + final review & site visit)
Rehearsal (2 hours, day prior to your event)
Lead Coordinator (20+ years of experience) + 2 assistants
Vendor assistance, venue communication, and requirements management

Package B:

6-MONTH PLANNING & COORDINATION

$ 4,500

Perfect for couples who want extended guidance throughout the planning process.

Includes everything in Package A, plus:

Unlimited communication (texts, calls, emails)
Vendor selection support & scheduled meetings
Up to 4 in-person planning sessions (including a décor/logistics focus)
Wedding day décor setup & personal item clean-up
Coordination team of 6
